Cloetta’s vision is to be one of the Nordic region’s leading confectionery companies.

Goals

  • Growth
    Average annual organic growth of 3% over a five-year period. In addition, Cloetta aims to grow through partnerships and acquisitions.
  • Operating margin
    A long-term operating margin of 8%.
  • Equity/assets ratio
    An equity assets ratio of at least 35%. A temporarily lower ratio can be accepted in connection with acquisitions.
  • Dividend
    A stable level of dividends, where the target is to distribute at least 40% of consolidated net profit.

Strategies

  • Optimise our sales opportunities in the Swedish market.
  • Expand in the Nordic market through means such as acquisitions and partnerships.
  • Develop attractive product innovations with a focus on consumer and customer preferences.
  • Strengthen our competitiveness by recruiting, developing and retaining skilled employees.
  • Enhance efficiency in our operating activities.
