On September 6, 2013 Cloetta AB (publ) announced the placement of secured notes amounting to SEK 1,000m with final maturity in September 2018 (the “Notes”). The Notes bear interest at a floating rate of three-month STIBOR plus 3.10%.
The prospectus has been approved by and registered with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen) in accordance with the Financial Instruments Trading Act (1991:980).
