Cloetta’s ambition is to significantly strengthen the position within the chocolate category in Finland. This will be reached by launching chocolate products under the new Cloetta chocolate brand.
The long-term negative effects of palm oil production is of great concern to Cloetta and we are determined to find a sustainable way forward, contributing to securing rainforests for generations to come. This means that Cloetta in its new palm oil policy declares a commitment to no deforestation by implementing new ways of working with all its suppliers of compounds containing palm oil.
Cloetta will certify the entire chocolate assortment with sustainable cocoa from UTZ CERTIFIED farmers by 2014.
