As Global Brand & Product Activation Manager Pick & Mix, you will be responsible for enhancing the value of pick & mix by developing (in conjunction with our five markets) brand and product activations to build value for the pick & mix category and brands. You are responsible for translating our strategy into in-store activities as well as sponsorship, out of home and digital activations. It is a project-leading role in charge of the entire process where you develop and deliver ideas and assets for Cloetta's pick & mix concept activities in close collaboration with the markets.
You will support the markets with exploring activations and campaigns in-store, out of home and online and be in charge of developing and leading the production of assets needed, primarily for in-store material. You will also assist Head of Brand & Concept Pick & Mix with administrative tasks and overall project management.
Your position will be located in Sundbyberg, Stockholm. You will report to Head of Brand & Concept in the Central Pick & Mix team.

What you'll bring to the team
In order to be successful in this role you have at least min. 3-year experience from an event, sponsorship, trade/brand/shopper activation, trade marketing or production role.
You have a creative, innovative and collaborative mindset with a feel for trends and tendencies and a strong interest in confectionary. You have an analytical and pragmatic way of utilizing consumer and shopper insight as well as an ability to turn them into commercial solutions. You are a quick learner and a strong self-starter that needs to be able to start up projects on your own and come with ideas and recommendations. You take charge and set up a clear timeline and operational plan.
You are a hard-worker willing to go the extra mile. Comfortable working in flexible working hours condition and occasional travelling. You are used to working with writing briefs to different agencies and have knowledge and experience from event-, sponsorship-, campaign development and planning and production process of POS, merch and event material.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English are required, as well as good presentation skills. Fluently in Swedish and other Nordic language skills are an asset but not essential.
