Group Product Manager

Do you adore sweets? Do you love mixing different flavors and textures and colors?

Raise your hand if that is you.

Now imagine doing that every day, curating a mix of consumer favorites and new unexpected combinations. Turning the ordinary into something sweeter.

Klara, our awesome Group Product Manager for Pick & Mix, is going on parental leave after the summer. We are looking for someone just as aweseome to join our international Pick & Mix team to cover for Klara for 12 months, starting in August.

Let’s say you got the job – what does a Group Product Manager for Pick & Mix do?

As Group Product Manager P&M, you will be in charge of continuous assortment development and management as well as product performance analysis for our five core markets. You will develop our long-term NPD pipeline, both with our own factories as well as our 3P suppliers, for a competitive assortment proposition. You work in very close cooperation with our local market teams as well as our procurement organization to deliver this. You will play a key role in creating value for our P&M customers and consumers by developing and driving clear assortment strategy with our core markets.

You will report to Head of Assortment P&M and be based in Solna, Stockholm.

We offer you an interesting position in the world of flavors and innovation. You will be joining an experienced, international team dedicated to build the ultimate shopping experience for our customers and consumers in the Nordic region and UK. We offer full-service concepts under the brands Candyking, Karamellkungen, Parrots and Karkkikatu, creating an opportunity for shoppers to make their own favorite mix of candies and snacks.

Now, let’s talk about you

We believe you have at least four years of experience working in a product manager, or similar, role. Of course, you have a creative and innovative mindset with a nice fingertip feel for trends. Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders is your specialty since you will collaborate closely with our core markets and buyers. And above all, you have a strong interest in confectionery and snacks, goes without saying, right?

As a person, you are a strong self-starter, willing to go the extra mile. You make things happen and you have a proven track record of past success. You also have an analytical and pragmatic way of using consumer and shopper insights as well as an ability to turn them into awesome commercial solutions. We mainly speak English here, so it would be great if your English skills (both in writing and speaking) are great. Maybe even excellent. Skills in Nordic languages would also be good, but that's not something we demand from you.

So – is this you?

Well, then submit your application! Preferably already today, but you have until  June 3, so no rush.
