Cloetta’s long-term goal is a dividend payout of 40–60 per cent of profit for the year.
The AGM 2024 approved the proposed dividend of SEK 1.00 (1.00) per share for the 2023 financial year, corresponding to a total amount of SEK 285,342,034. The record day for the dividend was set for Thursday, 11 April 2024. The payment is expected to be distributed through Euroclear Sweden AB on Tuesday, 16 April 2024.
Neither the Swedish Companies Act nor Cloetta’s Articles of Association contain any restrictions regarding the right to dividends for shareholders outside Sweden. Aside from any limitations related to banking or clearing activities in the affected jurisdictions, payments to foreign shareholders are carried out in the same manner as to shareholders in Sweden.
