Cloetta’s brands are its biggest asset. Many of these brands originated from the first half of the 20th century and have strong local links including Malaco, Kexchoklad, CandyKing and Läkerol. One of the company’s primary competitive advantages is its capability to develop strong brands and present attractive new products to strengthen their position.
Cloetta divides its market presence in two groups, in line with its strategic priorities. Core markets are Sweden, Finland, the Netherlands, Denmark and Norway. Beyond core markets include Germany, United Kingdom and North America. In total, Cloetta has sales to more than 60 markets.
