At the Annual General Meeting in April 2026 the registered auditing company, Öhrlings PricewaterhouseCoopers AB (“PwC”), was approved as the Company’s auditor to serve until the Annual General Meeting 2027. The meeting also decided that the auditors will be paid in accordance with approved invoices.
