The President and CEO is appointed by the Board. The President and CEO supervises operations according to the instructions adopted by the Board and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company and the Group, in accordance with the Swedish Companies Act and other applicable rules. In addition, the President and CEO, together with the Chairman, decides which matters are to be dealt with at Board meetings. The Board regularly evaluates the President and CEO’s duties and performance.
