Cloetta is organised functionally. Responsibility for the procurement and production lies within the supply chain organisation. The business areas are responsible for the sales and marketing of the Group’s products. Cloetta has approximately 2,500 employees in 12 countries.
The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the business development, and leads and coordinates the daily operations in accordance with the Board of Directors’ guidelines and instructions.
