Apply

Show us who you are! Submit your application form, found under each vacancy. Include your CV and a short motivational letter.

Let’s chat (round one)

When invited to a first interview, we hope you prepare a short, professional but fun presentation of yourself, as well as some questions regarding issues that are important to you. We’ll be ready with ours too.

Deep dive (round two)

Time to dig deeper! When you join us for a second interview, we are usually able to discuss the position even more in depth and introduce you to other colleagues from the team or someone from senior management.

Assessments & references

Depending on the role, you’ll be asked to complete tests. These tests can be online personality or leadership assessments or case tasks. If needed, we may contact your references.

Offer

When we have completed the selection procedure, salary and contract negotiations will commence. We’ll ask about your expectations so we can make sure everything lines up and offer you a fair and hopefully exciting proposal in line with market standards!

Feedback if we’re not a match

No hard feelings. With every outcome, we aim to give you feedback at the earliest possible opportunity. Our recruitment process can take anything from a couple of weeks to several months. You are always welcome to contact us if you have any questions during the process.
