Evaluation of Board performance

The performance of the Board is evaluated yearly in order to continuously improve the Board’s working methods and efficiency. The Board Chairman is responsible for carrying out the evaluation and presenting the results to the nomination committee. The purpose of the evaluation is to gather the Board members’ views on the Board’s performance, the measures that can be taken to improve the efficiency of board work, and whether the Board has a well-balanced mix of competencies. The evaluation provides valuable input for the nomination committee ahead of the AGM.

On yearly basis, one of the board members conduct interviews on behalf of the Chairman with all Board members, including the employee representatives. The results of the evaluation have been reported to and discussed by both the Board and the nomination committee.
