Annual and Sustainability Reports

Cloetta AB acquired on 16 February 2012 LEAF Holland B.V. The transaction has been accounted for as a reverse acquisition from a consolidated perspective, where LEAF is the accounting acquirer and Cloetta is the legal acquirer. For this reason, you can find both Cloetta´s and LEAF´s Annual Reports below.

Please note that the annual reports of Cloetta during 2009-2011 financial year relates to 1 September – 31 August while the LEAF Annual Reports from 2009-2011 relates to 1 January – 31 December. Cloetta’s Annual Report for 2008 includes an abbreviated financial year 1 January – 31 August 2008.

Cloetta’s first Annual Report of the new company for 2012 relates to the financial year 1 January – 31 December 2012.
