Shareholders

As of 30 June 2019 Cloetta had 26,004 shareholders. The principal shareholder was AB Malfors Promotor, with a holding corresponding to 38.1 per cent of the votes and 27.0 per cent of the share capital in the company.

Franklin Templeton was the second largest shareholder with a holding corresponding to 6.5 per cent of the votes and 7.6 per cent of the share capital. The third largest shareholder was Wellington Management with a holding corresponding to 4.1 per cent of the votes and 4.8 per cent of the share capital in the company.

Institutional investors held 89.4 per cent of the votes and 87.5 per cent of the share capital. Foreign shareholders held 40.2 per cent of the votes and 47.4 per cent of the share capital.

The number of shares amounted to 288,619,299, of which 5,735,249 were of class A and 282,884,050 were of class B.
