As previously announced, Cloetta AB (publ) will be listed on NASDAQ OMX First North as of 8 December 2008.
A company description in preparation for the listing is now available on the company’s website www.cloetta.se and at www.ohman.se. The company description will also be distributed by mail to the shareholders in Cloetta Fazer AB, under name change to Fazer Konfektyr Service AB (“Fazer Konfektyr”), as part of the offer document published today by Oy Karl Fazer Ab (“Fazer”) in respect of its offer to the shareholders in Fazer Konfektyr to tender all shares in Fazer Konfektyr to Fazer.
